As the principal owner of Karlseng, LeBlanc and Rich, LLC, he has been a closing attorney in Texas for the past 8 years. With offices across the state Karlseng acts as the primary title attorney for the statewide network offering expertise in closing and underwriting of residential transactions in the network. Bob is located with the national closing staff of Maverick National Services in Plano, Texas. Karlseng graduated from Loyola University, School of Law. In addition, he obtained his Masters of Business Administration from the Loyola University, College of Business.
