Maverick National Services was formed in 2006 in response to a client request for a closing solution outside of the Texas Market. Our name emerged with the spirit of thinking and acting in an independent way in order to meet our clients request. Our staff has been together for over a decade serving the lending community in Texas.

Our value proposition rests in the way that we focus on providing services customized to our clients with the recognition that each lender is different in their workflow methodology. We recognized the timing of a request for expanded service is an opportunity to grow a relationship and help our valued customers be successful.

Our model is based on servicing small, mid-sized and large mortgage lenders. We seek to provide exceptional service one order at a time. Maverick National Services offers a single-point outsource solution for all settlement services needs. We are not concerned with a minimum volume in order to accept your business. We are only concerned about the service we deliver. It is the same way that we built our platform for closings in Texas.

Because we have closing operations throughout Texas with our Law Firm, Karlseng, LeBlanc and Rich, LLC, we can provide local closings in the major metropolitan areas at a title branch or accommodate the borrower at their home or business locations. Texas remains a challenge for most of the national closing companies not licensed in Texas. We consider it our sweet spot for service and expertise. We have the solutions for large metropolitan areas as well as small rural counties.

Because we are a privately held enterprise our resources are not conditioned on quarterly results or shareholder equity. While the national market is in retreat we are moving forward to identify those lenders that are focused on growing their footprint outside of the local market they serve. We understand the foundation of the mortgage business was built on the shoulders of those that focus on providing solutions to the current and future home owners. In today's environment the ability to compress closings and enhance the borrower experience is the new frontier for customer service.
